The property is very nice and walkable to many places. It’s quiet and the breakfast is very generous. There is also on site dining but it’s a little pricey. The staff could have been friendlier.

This is a great hotel a short walk from Waterloo station. Staff are courteous and was manned well. Rooms were really clean. Beds so comfortable. Added bonus of them looking after our bags safely as we continued to explore.

Lovely overnight stay for family( 1adult, 1 17yr old & 7yr old). Very accommodating staff and excellent service all around. We have rated this as average due to entirely of the lack of ventilation in the room making it difficult to sleep. The controls don’t go less than 19degrees and we didn’t have a window in which we would be able to open it. The room was neat, the bathroom excellent.
