"This hotel is pricey, mainly because it has a captive audience being situated right next to the O2, but having said that, it is a very nice hotel. Rooms are a decent size, comfortable clean and modern, with nice bathrooms and fantastic showers and the hotel has its own exit into the O2 which is very handy. Have always found the staff here very good."

"Beautiful stay, good location and lovely food for room service. However, could have been better if there was complimentary water bottles, if we werent charged for my Child's milk, (£5.50) for a baby bottle of milk is extortionate. Also, I did not like that breakfast options are limited and even after paying for breakfast there is a seperate charge for pancakes and other breakfast dishes. "

"The hotel was close to a tube station which is convenient. It is also close to Borough Market. The restaurant on site, Jamboree, is ok but not great. "

"Stayed here with the kids over Christmas and we had a lovely time. Facilities were clean and everything worked perfectly including the shower, fridge and chrome cast on the TV which made our stay much more comfortable than we’ve been at some other well known hotels. Room service was completed daily. Parking was easy to pre-book, plus it’s secured underground.
