"This is a great hotel, my first time to London. I booked when I got to the airport, got to the hotel OMG the staff were soooo nice didn’t matter who was on duty they were all very nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and up to date. Small rooms but it was good enough for me. Considering you will be 10 mins walk from the eye and Big Ben.. buses run in front the hotel on a regular and the tube is just across the street. You can also walk to the war museum.
