"The staff were very friendly and welcoming during our stay and also gave information about local transport routes and things in the area to see and do Couple of issues we had was that being told the bar and restaurant would open at 630pm which was fine it turned out no food at all was available apart from nuts So had order a take away Shower in the room was amazing but the tv kept playing up which was reported but was also tokd it could not be looked at untill 10pm All being said the stay was great and staff were helpful "

"Limited parking but amazing service and amenities. Very close to everything and walkable to Canary Wharf or Billingsgate Market...20 minutes. Quiet and secure area. Room service was also excellent and a lot of good offers. Perfect for special occasions too."

"1 bed apartment shared by 4 people for just one night. It was really clean, with the sofa bed already made up, with plenty of room. Check in was quick, walking distance to tube with shops near by. Joey on reception was very helpful. One recommendatio would be to have a bath mat as bath very slippery when showering. Would definitely stay again."
