"We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Hotel is in a fantastic location and having onsite parking (for a fee) was helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were disappointing. The staff working on Christmas Day were amazing. We paid to add breakfast - it was good but since there are so many other options around I am not sure it was worth the extra cost."

"Spent Christmas night here and it served its purpose perfectly well at a very reasonable price for this time of year in London. Very comfortable beds and good temperature control ( pretty unusual in U.K.- rooms are often far too hot). Bathroom sink could do with an update but that’s a minor quibble. Didn’t use the bar or have breakfast so can’t comment except to say the whole ground floor was clean and welcoming."
