Good size room, busy check in and very busy breakfast dining room but the staff did all join in clearing tables, re- plenishing hot food items etc. BUT nothing can excuse the appalling coffee coming out of both machines at breakfast!!!!!!!"

"Had a lovely time here. My boyfriend and I booked the family room, and it was much more spacious than I was expecting. We were next to the road so there was noise but it was absolutely fine and we slept well! Tip for families: we could feel the mattress springs so we put a duvet on top of the bed to sleep on which was brilliant. Overall, great stay and no complaints."

"This is a great place to stay just south of the river. I walked to Parliament Square in 35 minutes but also near Nine Elms Tube. Its a classic pub with rooms. My Fontera room was warm, clean and cosy. Nice bathroom with spacious shower. The room was small but I have had smaller in London. Big TV in room and big screen sports downstairs in the nice pub. There was no real ale available though - handpumps fitted but no beer that night. Staff were exceptional, everyone extremely pleasant and...
