"Beautiful stay, good location and lovely food for room service. However, could have been better if there was complimentary water bottles, if we werent charged for my Child's milk, (£5.50) for a baby bottle of milk is extortionate. Also, I did not like that breakfast options are limited and even after paying for breakfast there is a seperate charge for pancakes and other breakfast dishes. "

"Near the bakerloo line so peefect for exploring london . Pool nice just reseve a spot 1st . A few issues in room tv didnt work and door would' not close bit sorted out swiftly. "

"The property is located within easy walking distance of Blackfriars, which made for an easy trip from Gatwick. The property was clean, though the pillows could have done with being replaced. A nice touch was having separate shampoo and conditioner. Although a small thing, it was much appreciated!"

"This hotel is pricey, mainly because it has a captive audience being situated right next to the O2, but having said that, it is a very nice hotel. Rooms are a decent size, comfortable clean and modern, with nice bathrooms and fantastic showers and the hotel has its own exit into the O2 which is very handy. Have always found the staff here very good."
