Decent location, easy to access the property and being on the top floor, we had reasonably good views. Pre-check in was a faff. Shower was barely lukewarm, TV didn't work, missing bedside shelf and hardly any toilet paper supplied.

Nice quirky little hotel, close to transport. Staying in the Mezzanine room meant lugging suitcases up 3 and a bit flights of stairs would live to see a dumb waiter stem installed for luggage as well as maybe a fridge in the room. Otherwise a decent stay

Zero complaints from our stay, were concerned with some of the reviews but we were well aware we weren't staying at the Savoy prior to booking. Room was clean, yes a touch small but we got what we paid for and knew it going in. For the weekend this was half the price of other hotels and was more than great value for money. Have paid a lot more and stayed in a lot worse places in the past. This is great value for money, good location (10 mins or so walk to london bridge station) and we would be more than happy to stay again.

The rooms are compact, but clean and safe, the all electronic key works well, but I never got the App to work. Rooms are a bit worn, but the biggest thing for me was the road noise, which is significant and there’s no double glazing.

Check in was awful. I hadn’t read my email and you need to check in online. I had no data and was standing in the freezing cold asking to be let in so I could get warm. Walls must be paper thin as I heard everything that was going on all night!

Wasnt bad for the money. Kitchen was lacking a few basic things like a plug for the sink, tea towels , no cloth for washing dishes. We had no frypan either and our friends did on the 3rd floor. No fresh towels during our 4 night stay which was disapointing. Area wasnt great either witnessed an armed hold up on the first night at the pie place across the road.

We booked a room in this hotel for 5 nights, no one comes to clean our room, we had to write all the time an E-mail to ask someone to come and clean our room and bring toilett paper and new towels. One night, we came back to our room and the door was fully unlocked and opened, the lights were on, we were scared because we thought someone was inside the room or our stuff were stolen! We were lucky, we found everything in his place.Perhaps the Cleaner forgot to close the door. It was such a terrible experience!!
