Fantastic old building with character and charm. Very nicely decorated with London wallpaper etc. very large room overlooking the London Eye and river yet extremely quiet. The staff were amazing. So attentive. The Christmas decorations made us feel very festive. Absolutely loved it, made our trip even better. Will stay again and highly recommend.

Courteous staff, clean rooms. The beautiful river Thames and Big Ben (Elizabeth Tower) views. It was easy to access most iconic places from this hotel. The kids loved the hotel and the wide dining menu. I would definitely recommend.

The location is amazing, walking distance to the Big Ben Tour, the parliament and the Westminster Abady, I didn´t like that when you arrive, they try to sell you more, also the Concierge did not give us the best recomendations on how to spend our time, you call the Bell boys to pick up the luggage and 30 minutes later we had to get our own bags downstairs.
