Nothing was too much for them & lovely young man even made considerable effort helping me fix a problem with the combination lock on my suitcase jamming. "I stayed here simply because it is close to the airport so I could get to the airport quickly next morning. Hotel is about 5-min by taxi from the LHR, just under 10 GBP. Room was clean and the staff were helpful. Room service was quick. Wished the menu had more selections though."
