"The hotel itself was exactly what you would expect for a Hilton brand hotel next to a major airport. Hotel was busy with people coming and going all the time as you would expect. But as a regular traveller for work, what stood out was the staff. This was a personal trip with my family so had 2 excited and tired children with us. The gentleman who checked us in was fantastic and fully engaged with them while we sorted the usual paperwork items. Every other member of staff we interacted with also...

"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room. "
