Loved our stay! Such a great property for the price. Everything was clean and nice and staff was wonderful. The only negative I can say is there were LOTS of sirens all the time, must be close to a police or fire station. Nothing that the hotel can do about that but if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs for sleeping.

location was great and very walkable. room decent size for 2 people.liked the small arm chart and foot rest. bathroom sink has small issue. the drain was clogged and sink would not drain properly. otherwise would stay again.

Had a few minor issues when we arrived, shower drain blocked and flooded the room, but was quickly fixed. Kitchen area was good although room lacked a small table to put stuff on beside chair. A small fold up table would have been ideal. Bar area was nice and quiet as was the reception area. Area around hotel was good, 5 mins walk to tube or 10 mins to Waterloo station. Lower marsh had a good selection of bars and eateries.
