Lots of supermarkets nearby that closes at 11pm. Makes cooking in the kitchenette easy. Boba and dessert next door. Lots of "okay" bars and food around the area. Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and London Eye within 10 minutes walk. Very convenient. The shower is a choice of above your head like rain or using a hose. The toilets flush hard. The water from the sink leaves a residue so buy water from the market. The hotel is easy for Uber to get to but hard for them to park cause the bus stop is right in front.

The location was excellent. Easy walking to major sites and access to tube and bus very convenient. Comfortable room but small if staying longer. Was disappointed with what I thought was a kitchenette. Only a bar fridge. No microwave and no cutlery. Advertised free laundry which was a major important requirement and there is NO laundry, free or otherwise. However, staff was friendly and Karen wend above and beyond to help me

Comfortable property on the border of Westminster and Waterloo. Conveniently located on the Lambeth North tube stop, which allows easy access to anywhere in the city including airport transfers at Paddington. Waterloo offered cute cafes and restaurants, while proximity to Westminster meant an easy three mile loop allowed us to see Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and the London Eye.

The staff offered really good service but our bathroom drain was faulty. They tried to fix it but the water wasn't draining properly. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. We enjoyed staying at the hotel, and would probably stay there again.
