"We had a great time at this condo! It was very clean and modern. Communication with the property management representative was clear and quick before and during our stay. The views from the bedrooms are great and even better on the rooftop! We really enjoyed the pool and it is just as amazing in person as it looks in pictures, especially at sunset!! The condo itself is very close to the Playa del Carmen ferry terminal (walkable) and surrounded by amazing restaurants. Would definitely stay here...

"The location was perfect for us and our group . The condo was spotless and the view was incredible . The elevator was broken and not able to access our floor without going up one flight of stairs , which was a bit of an inconvenience for my aging parents . Also, the guest bedroom safe did not work. I still rated 5 stars and would definitely stay here again. The pool and ocean access was great !"

"This property has a great location and views. It is quiet and well run. It is, however, an aging property that has some clear delayed maintenance. Nothing to ruin your stay, but noticeable. The condo is clean and the owners and management are responsive and professional."
