"Best food ever!"

"We had an incredibly long wait for our room, but once it was ready, the team did everything they could to make up for it! The room was incredible, the AC worked great, the mini bar was restocked very regularly. Karina at the desk was great, and ALL of the staff at all restaurants and bars were amazing! It is a nice, quiet resort, with all the amenities you can want. The food was excellent, we enjoyed all of the a la carte restaurants, more than once. We could have gone to the sister resorts for meals too, but didn't feel like we needed to! The snorkeling of the beach was excellent, we went in every day. Overall incredibly happy with our stay, and we will gladly return for another trip!"

"This is my second stay at the Allegro Hotel in Cozumel. There are numerous things I could say about the hotel. However, what truly makes this a great place to stay is the staff! From check in to check out and every day in between, the staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I did have one server during a dinner that the young lady seemed rude. But I chalk this up to everyone has a bad day every now and again. I have been to Cozumel numerous times and stayed at a few different places. But I have found a home away from home at the Allegro. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We've stayed at Cozumel Hotel and Resort multiple times and it just keeps getting better every time. The rooms really need updated though, take out those horrible tubs before someone gets hurt. Walk in shower would be way better. I like the added bar by the ocean and beach service. I like how they utilize the ocean view restaurant more as well. The only thing missing is a good coffee/late stand. The coffee pot, sugar and creamer packets are okay, but a fresh made cup of coffee would be great. The grounds are kept beautiful and clean. All the shade, both by the pool and on the beach is fantastic. No 'saving' shade seats needed, plenty of them all day. The entertainment staff, *Diego*, was fantastic. Loved his water aerobics and volleyball. *Diego* was so much fun. *Keira* was spectacular as usual. Her high energy and smile is always great."

"My husband and I stayed here for a week. It was not the nicest all inclusive we’ve stayed at but the staff were incredible - special shout out to Diego, Arbey, & Irving!! The biggest issue we had was maintenance problems. From the beginning of the trip our toilet would constantly run, one sink leaked, and the bathtub only had one working faucet. We did submit multiple maintenance requests and told multiple people but none of the issues were ever fixed. One evening maintenance came by around 5:30pm while we were showering and getting ready for dinner. They said they’d come back in an hour but never did. Pro tip: book excursions through the resort where you can get snorkeling gear for free, NOT from Amstar - the company set up in the lobby. We could have saved a lot for the two of us and when we found out, they wouldn’t refund us. "

"This all inclusive resort definitely met my expectations, and more. I traveled with my family and we all had a wonderful experience. We had a bit of a bumpy start because the power was going out in our room, but the staff was quick to move us to a different room. Everyone was very friendly and serviceable. The food was delicious and the drinks were on point. The activities and events were fun for the whole family and everyone had a great time. The sunsets were spectacular. I highly recommend this resort to families as well as for couples. "
