"My families entire experience was wonderful. Shout out Ari and Jazmin for taking care of us play the pool everyday with our 8month old baby who absolutely loved his first ever vacation. Would recommend to anyone, just be prepared to get your steps in as there is a lot of elevation to get to the beach/back to your room. All in all, we will be back!"

"people are very nice. The hotel is not really what I would consider five stars. We had lots of problems with our thermostat. It would run like it had a mind of its own. We asked to switch rooms and although the hotel was not very full, they kept saying all the rooms were taken. It is very nice hotel over I would say it’s worth four stars definitely not a five star. "I have stayed in many all inclusives, and Gran Fiesta Americana Coral Beach definitely wins the top spot! They were fantastic - so many amenities, beautiful new restaurants (the Argentinian steakhouse was AMAZING) and so many events and activities. The pools and beaches were beautiful, clean, and well maintained. Great staff and made our experience memorable by going above and beyond every time. Will definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Cancún resort! "

"This is what a vacation should be! Spacious room with ocean views (I upgraded). My bathroom & balcony were HUGE (shower & a large tub). I loved all the lighting options- dim, mood lighting as well as brighter lights as needed. The balcony with 2 loungers was great because if I didn't feel like joining the nightly entertainment, I could enjoy the view from my balcony (room #945). FOOD: Noriku is excellent! The teppanyaki is a must-try, and even the regular menu is very good. The rodizio buffet is so good! Loved it and would highly recommend. Luce (Italian) is not great. I didn't enjoy what I ate there (except for the tiramisu) and the service is slow. Steakhouse is yummy (skip the "truffle parmesan fries"). The breakfasts are good here but go early for the best table, service & options. Don't sleep on the iced lattes offered at the café. For lunch, the buffet has better options than Seasalt but it's fun to try all. Gym was great too. Beach is awesome but waves are SO STRONG. Cons: during rush hour, the elevators were incredibly frustraing. There should be a service elevator for employees to use. Towel service: it should start at 7am, when the sun rises and early birds want to hit the beach! There were a few dirty patches in my room that weren't cleaned but overall, this is a very clean property. I traveled as a solo female traveler and felt very safe. The pool activities are way too loud and the nightly entertainment is a little too PG-13. Not much to do as a single person."
