"Elias met us at the ferry with two golf carts & that set the stage for four amazing days of beach, snorkeling, beautiful walks & great food. The house was perfect, the pool, the garden setting and wonderful inside & outside spaces. We will all have lifetime excellent memories of our stay, especially our 4 grandkids."

"This property is stunning, with spectacular views! The home is sparkling clean and the management team that supports keeping it that way is five star! It is on the quiet end of the island, which we loved! A short golf cart ride to the hustle and bustle, many restaurants and small stores near by. There were 13 of us and we all loved our time at Casa Gemelos! Was hard to say goodbye! "

"Great waterfront location with a private pool! Communication with house owner was great, he gave recommendations of things to do in the area. He also responded in a timely manner. Cons: the hot water wasn’t turned on but was easily rectified after talking to the owner. Some parts of the house could use maintenance and deeper cleaning. Overall was a great stay! "

"Amazing property. The pictures did not do it justice. Very clean. Bedrooms were spacious and each have their own bathroom.It had the most incredible view of the ocean. We had a few issues with the pool and hot tub, but maintenance responded very promptly. I would definitely recommend the door-to-door transportation.. We will definitely go back."

"Clean beautiful home with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea. We loved the rooftop views, but spent the majority of our time while at the house in the infinity pool.Great location on the island! Communication was always prompt. Could use some extra towels and maybe a dust mop vs just a broom as sand tracks in easily but overall would absolutely return."

"This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. "

"Great communication with Chema and Alex. From check in to addressing any questions and issues we had. We stayed for 10 days. We had issues with the pool that they were aware of but didnt inform us. That was ok though, as they came out and cleaned the pool the next day. Cleaning crewthey had someone come and ckean the pool"

"Really great house. Very clean and nice. We stayed 5 nights with 2 children. They contacted taxis for us and set us up with a golf cart for much cheaper than the usual rental fee. The grocery store is very close and affordable. 10 minute drive to north beach. The pool is not heated, so depending on the season, you may not want to use it. They cleaned every other day, which was very nice to come to after a day at the beach. Will definitely stay again. "

"Perfect. House was large enough to comfortably accommodate all 13 of us and the beach was absolutely beautiful. Staff was very accommodating and the chef was great. We did not leave the property except to walk the beach, including to walk to a wave runner rental site for our teenagers. Great location, great staff and a wonderful time. "

"Convenient location with a spectacular view but the road noise, especially at night, is a drawback. The house and rooms, while adequate, are smaller than the listing pictures lead you to believe. The beds are comfortable but all other seating in the house is less than desired. The two queen suites separate from the main house gave nice privacy for everyone. "Went ok. Not really happy to run out of water on the 2nd day because the tanks were empty. Doors need adjusted or trimmed as they rub and stick so bad when one is opened it wakes up the entire house."

"The house was amazing! Very spacious, lots of lounging areas. My family spent alot of our down time at Casa del Sol, whether theyni were hanging out in their rooms, relaxing in the pool or watching tv, it suited us just perfectly! The views from every room were amazing!"

"I came to Cancun to have dental work done at Cancun dental specialists. I was nervous traveling alone but I am so grateful I found this sweet place! The house is situated in a neighborhood that has gated security 24 hours a day. The house is right across the street from a very beautiful beach and only a few blocks away from the ferry port. Isla Mujeres is a must see! The hostess was absolutely wonderful and was very helpful with sharing tips about the neighborhood and places to eat. I hope to...

"View is amazing! Andreas was great before the trip to answer all our questions. Property and pool are clean. It a great place to get away. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be stocked with all the utensils needed for cooking. Make sure you bring your own coffee, paper towels and anything you would want while your there. A great restaurant is on the beach.Uber and Uber Eats available. "

"The location is the best! You get the best beachfront and you get the best of the tourist town. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not get the all inclusive next time, since there are so many food and drink options near-by. But the service was fine, and the included options are fine. Having only one beer choice was possibly the worst aspect of the all inclusive. The rest.. not spectacular, but acceptable and practical. The common areas feel small for the amount of people they receive, but again... not a deal-breaker. I had a pleasant stay. I got a free balinese bed for booking with Expedia and some delicious macaroons. That was a nice surprise. "

"This resort had everything we were looking for. The beach was clean and beautiful. The food was above board, even the buffet was exceptional. Pool was well maintained with a lot of seating. One draw back was that if you didn’t get to the pool first thing in the morning the prime poolside spots were gone. That was understandable but many seats were “marked” yet nobody used them for 1/2 the day. There should be a 2 hour window that if the seat remains vacant it’s offered to other guests. "
