"Overall, the experience in Dreams Vista was good, tasting food(except the Japanese restaurant-not authentic), nice staffs(especially pilates' coaches), various activities (fire show, magic show, silent night...), beautiful beach and services (although the private beach was a bit small)."

"We had the most lovely time at this resort. We were met with friendly and welcoming staff, such as Erick, who brought us in, completed check in and ensured we and our luggage made it to our room. The room itself was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It included all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping came by daily to clean up and re-stock our bottled water and mini bar. However, our balcony door did not open and close consistently and some of the door trim was falling off. The bathroom was lovely, but we had a few issues with plumbing and drainage. The bars had excellent hours and bartenders, especially Bar One, during both the day and night. They were easily accessible from anywhere in the resort. The entertainment staff were beyond amazing, especially Dennis, Daniel, Alex and Karla. The events were fun, and well-spaced throughout the day, with something for anyone. The pool area was very well-maintained and lovely. The pool staff, such as Eddie, were friendly and attentive. It was also nice to have servers, like Casanova, frequently circulating the pool and beach areas. There was a lot of food variety between all of the restaurants, and service was outstanding there as well. We especially appreciated Lorenzo and Chef Saul, who made our dining experience at Seasons and Frattini's the best we had. From start to finish of our 8-night stay, we kept saying that we would easily stay again. Thank you Sandos Cancún, p.s. please upgrade us to Royal Elite next stay."

"Hotel was amazing. Plenty of restaurant options so even after 6 evenings we were still not bored with the food. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Only real downside was the entertainment - most big things with offsite at the sister property (free shuttle) but still. Also, people were taking chairs and saving them with towels as early as 6:00 am so didn’t leave many options."
