"Casa Caribe was right next to Puerto Juarez pier. Perfect if you miss you miss last scheduled ferry to Isla Mujeres. One night stay was convenient for a late flight and catch the ferry in the morning. "

"Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. "

"The biggest issue i had with this hotel was the karaoke I could not hear nothing not my family nor the front and there was some drunk singers I could hear them from my room which was in the third floor the hotel was also extremely outdated but I loved the fact that the beach and ocean were very close to my room which was nice."

"En general es un hotel fantástico para unas vacaciones familiares, hay actividades variadas para los adultos y otras tantas para los peques. Con respecto a las instalaciones hay detalles que se pueden mejorar, pero a grandes rasgos me parecieron en buen estado y muy lindas. El buffet "El Palmar" me pareció bastante bueno con platillos deliciosos y un gran servicio del personal, solo estaría bien si todos los platillos llevaran su nombre ya que en algunos no sabía que era. La alberca y la playa...
