"It's a nice apartment with a fridge. Service was prompt but it has to be with the Hotel.com app only. There should be one microwave in the common area. And it's hard to communicate as the doorman and host do not speak English. I had to use the translator a lot. Otherwise it's a nice place. "

"Been traveling and bouncing from hotel to hotel Wanted to get a house as we are a big family of 7 so we can all be together . Frist off the pictures are outdated those are from when the place was just open the outside look horible and dangers.the house inside is not that bad just need a good actual deep clean and a couple touch ups and replacements especially the shower head and the windows springs as they are alot of mosquitos . "I came to Cancun to have dental work done at Cancun dental specialists. I was nervous traveling alone but I am so grateful I found this sweet place! The house is situated in a neighborhood that has gated security 24 hours a day. The house is right across the street from a very beautiful beach and only a few blocks away from the ferry port. "One of my favorite place since it's far enough away from the hotel zone that you get the local atmosphere, but close enough to the hotel zone (about $20-30 USD via Uber during the day) to go if you wanted to. "We are beyond impressed and incredibly grateful for the amazing experience at Riu! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Everyone here is so helpful, friendly, and welcoming—it truly made a difference. The food was outstanding, with an endless variety. From delicious cappuccinos to refreshing margaritas, everything was top-notch. Honestly, with so many amazing options, it feels like you could eat forever! A few minor things to note—the water in the room has a slight aftertaste, and only Pepsi is available instead of Coke. Also, the elevator buttons would be easier to see if labeled in white instead of red. Some guests struggled to see them and accidentally pressed all the buttons, so we stopped on every floor! One of the highlights of our trip was an excursion to swim with dolphins—an absolutely incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience and surprisingly affordable. This hotel is simply exceptional. It’s one of the best places I’ve ever stayed, and I’ll definitely be coming back with my family. Thank you, Riu, for a truly memorable experience!"
