"I loved this place! Remember is not a 5-star resort. Is a place to spend the night in peace. The bedroom was clean and modest. I stayed there only one night before leaving Cancun. I love the Plaza where you have all sorts of food available. "

"Re Really good service from staff and area was really good. The only thing I would suggest that I’ve never had to do it. Any other hotels pay for a towel or pay for a continental breakfast other than that it was great."

"The property is very clean and the villas was very nice with all the amenities required. The management was very helpful as out AC broke down and they immediately provided us with other room within minutes. Good thing is ,the beach is accessible from the property and nice place to stay . I would definitely recommend if anyone is looking to go to Cancun for a trip or stay"

"Overall the property is good. Typical All-inclusive buffet. The drinks are ok. The beach area doesn’t have good connection pass for long walk due to rocks on one side. "

"We arrived early and were greeted by the staff in a very friendly manner. Service was excellent. At first, the Ac in the room was not working, and they sent a technician right away to fixed the issue. The rooms are a little outdated but the excellent service of the staff more than makes up for it. "

"This was our first time staying at an all inclusive in Mexico and it was amazing! The food and beach was amazing! Our bartenders were absolutely lovely. The only thing we would have liked was there to be more then 1 pool for adults as it was always very busy"

"I loved it! Family friendly, and away from the hustle and bustle-I was traveling with my husband and 1 year old. We chose this because we planned to stay on the resort- this was a 4 night getaway to reset before the holidays. Great food/ restaurants and everyone was nice. The adult and kids pool were perfect my daughter had SO much fun. I enjoyed the wristband key card, and have been raving about it-so smart and convenient. The style and design is modern and sleek, very classy yet the price is attainable. We were happy to celebrate our 1st year of parenting here-and would definitely come back! "

"Odalys es espectacular, ella y su jefa Andrea en verdad hicieron todo por darnos un upgrade increíble a la torre! Servicio espectacular en general destacando a Dulce de Sea Flirt! Los Playmakers son los máximo en especial Ladybeta, el cowboy y pretty boy! Todo el personal de los bares es muy atento y amigable. Mejor experiencia imposible. "
