"Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. "

"Le falta mantenimiento a la alberca, al jacuzzi, los baños no están bien acomodados por que La tina está separada de la pared y la regadera muy pegada a la pared y se cae mucha agua fuera de la tina, dejando charcos, humedad y riesgo de caídas. "

"The biggest issue i had with this hotel was the karaoke I could not hear nothing not my family nor the front and there was some drunk singers I could hear them from my room which was in the third floor the hotel was also extremely outdated but I loved the fact that the beach and ocean were very close to my room which was nice."

Had to spend 4 hours working with a manager at customer care to get our money back and then book another resort last minute on the day we flew out!! Absolutely awful experience. Do not book here"

"Secluded and great for quiet relaxing vacation. The 2 restaurants food is okay it’s better to just go to buffet for food. But restaurants give you the opportunity to dress a little better. Buffet is good with fruit and salad. The pool is spotless and inviting. Service is usually pretty good. Waterpark would be amazing for families but the floor in it needs renovation, it made the water look dirty and I did not go in. They maintain it and water is clean but I can’t get over the look of the floor...

"We loved La Poza so much. We came back after three days on the mainland. Best location, safe building new accommodations. Fabulous roof rooftop pool close to Los burritos our favourite taco place. Will you be back in the spring or next winter or sure Gracias? Thank you for getting us in on short notice on the return and our stay."
