"great and convenient overall. I expected a better rate for the additional two nights due to a flight cancellation and my family was stuck, but I didn't get any cost savings except for a waiver of the $40 fee. As a result my costs were overdone. But cleaners from vallee to waiters were great and polite and friendly. One front end hotel secretary was rude, a couple of Saturday night restaurant girls at the front entry desk were slightly rude. Overall, very good, spacious, convenient, fun for kids...
