"Loved the location, the grounds are beautiful. Stunning use of nature and enjoyed the resident animals. So convenient to Xcaret Park, able to walk next door to the park and enjoy something new every day instead of trying to see everything in one day. Dining options were plentiful...however, the food wasn't as tasty as it could have been."

"This was so great. The staff in all areas were helpful, friendly and polite. Our room was upgraded to a swim up room. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping came and asked us if we needed anything. We were treated like we were the only guest there. The hotel has lots of restaurants and some stores for shopping. The premises are easy to find your way around. Everything is walkable it you want to. The beach, the restaurants etc. The shuttles are often. Not one complaint. I would definitely go back to this resort. Highly recommend. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could."

"Sensira Resort is definitely home away from home. I love everything about this resort. The staff was a delight to be around. They were really friendly and helpful. The food was was lovely. Great options. The drinks were also good. I would be back to stay at this resort. "

"We stayed at the Sunrise Property. The main pool at this property is full of entertainment for adults and kids alike. Carlos, Ricardo, Luis and Veronica were the best. We really enjoyed seeing them everyday. The shows at the outside theater every evening were fantastic. Luis and Veronica on our last night for the show reserved our usual seats just for us. Enrique at Pepe’s was our favorite server. We went there for our anniversary and he brought us out a special dessert. Then, on Valentine’s Day he made a special heart shaped pizza for us. The people that I mentioned went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. The only complaint we have is the air freshener in the lobby. It sprays continuously and is nauseating. "

"We absolutely loved our time here. Travelled with my 10 & 11 year old boys. Dining options were excellent and had a great variety. Lots to do and we loved having the ability to use all 3 resort properties. We would absolutely return here to vacation again. "
