"This is an excellent resort; good facilities. It is a huge property with lots of walking or shuttle riding. It is too far from Playa del Carmen to walk, and bus is a bit difficult; $30 U.S. by cab. Food is very good, sometimes some is not hot enough. As others noted, not enough pool chairs (like most resorts). The staff is great; the shows were too late for us."

"We had a wonderful, relaxing time here. The food was amazing and so was the staff, always willing to please. The property was beautiful, the room was beautiful and I loved the wildlife. The only thing to improve was to get more umbrellas at the beach. You have to go early to get one. It is a quiet, tranquil resort. No drunk spring breakers.We will return."

"Everything was amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was that we had requested two rooms in close proximity and they weren’t ready until 6pm. They said we could have rooms at 3pm, but that they might be in different buildings. All the pools were really cold. Also, they said the hotel timeshare presentation would take max 2 hours and they kept us there for 5 hours (they’d switch sales people every time we said we weren’t interested). "
