"Overpriced. Not worth the stay even it’s a nice hotel. I will not choose this hotel again. They force you to paid extra 280usd for a third person which it’s ridiculous. Never will I go back in future. Ask for late check for an extra hour they will not allow it. The hotel is pretty empty too. "

"Loved the guest house. The staff were amazing, especially Moka. She was very helpful and kind and the first evening she made us takoyaki. The only downside is that it's a bit far from downtown. However, with the subway nearly everywhere it's really accessible including Yokohama, so it wasn't that bad. The area is nice and quiet and very safe. I will definitely come back."

Also, foreign residents of Japan are discriminated against at check-in by asking for passport information, which we are not required by law to provide. "

"As a one of the lowest priced accommodation in Tokyo, you can only expect what's necessary for your night stay. Relatively new building and facility gives you good feeling. Only issue here is that the entrance area is kind of mess as there is not enough space to organize everyone's shoes."
