"The hotel is right there connected to the terminal.Lots of restaurants & dining options.The deluxe room is big & clean.Very modern.You check in & out in the machine but somebody there to help you. The only thing I don’t like nobody there to help you with your luggage.The hallways are carpeted & it’s a struggle to drag your luggage even with 4 rollers. ."

"The hotel is about a five minute walk to the Iidabashi stop/ Tozai line, which we used frequently. There’s a family mart right across the street. The room is slightly smaller than we thought it would be, but we quickly adjusted. You just need to stow suitcases away under the bed. Overall the hotel was really nice, clean, and a pleasant stay. It’s a nice quiet area, away from the chaos and we’re happy we stayed here. Easily only a 20-25 minute train ride from shibuya, harajuku, akihabara, etc. "
