The property is so unique and we’ll cherish the memories forever.We were a little surprised by how easily outside critters could access the property - they were in each night going through garbage, hot water and shower products were also on the light side for the price point, but otherwise great!"

"Very comfortable house, it had cool finishes like wall mounted night stands, custom vanities, sleeping loft and ladder, etc. Kitchen was fully functional with a small but well stocked grocery market very close to the house. The outdoor area and pool was private and great to hangout in. There was a strong handrail over the steps which helped me tremendously on my crutches. AC & WIFI worked great.It was perfect, I would stay there again for sure."

"If you are headed to Punta de Mita, this 4 bedroom house is in a great location and very comfortable. We had just a couple of issues that once we let Luisa(property manager know), she got them handled. We had 6 adults and 6 teenagers. The only room that was maybe not quite enough was the very small two twin bed room. The bedroom worked out okay for two adults but the bathroom was tiny!!! We just shared one of the huge master bathrooms with them. Luisa, Sam and Marta were great!"

Having a golf cart in Sayulita is a must and Maria had one waiting for us upon our arrival. We will definitely book this property again."

"Property was more beautiful in person, but overall as described. The pool was warm, we spent hours in it day and night. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were very communicative and connected us to reliable transport to and from the airport as well as golf carts to get us around and up the steep hill. We had an amazing time, would recommend. "Great anniversary trip. Loves the pool and location. Some plumbing issues with leak in downstairs bathroom ceiling, but owner quickly responded. Bring bug spray and noise canceling ear plugs because the party music from downtown is no joke. Every night of our 7 night stay we had to put up with loud club like music with bass which made it difficult to sleep and relax in the evenings. Sayulita is a party town. "The home and amenities were excellent and I would stay again. The property manager exceeds expectations and is always available. The only negative is the laundry arrangement and having the housekeeper do our laundry. My clothing was not fresh smelling at all and I'm not convinced that she used detergent. The home itself is fully renovated and an absolute showplace. "

"Casa Canto met our expectations! It’s a very comfortable house and you can’t beat the location. It really is only one short block to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. "I enjoyed the view from the room. The staff were accommodating and helpful. Property was convenient at location once arrived however, far from the airport. Surfing was available however, a lot of rocks and my son received a couple of cuts on his foot and hand unfortunately. I didn't like that there was no food (breakfast, lunch or dinner included). No meal plan available."

"We have been using this resort for 25 years because it is small, quiet, great staff, and relaxing. Yes, the property is a bit dated but the rooms are fine and the beds comfortable. We will continue to take our winter vacations here because we are happy here!"

"This resort was beautiful, we were skeptical when we read other reviews but we were very happy with everything, the staff was awesome and very willing to help in every way they could. The Grand room we had was very clean and had a very nice view of the courtyard. Yes this resort is kid friendly however this did not affect how our trip went at all. The food was quite good despite the reviews being not great. We very much enjoyed the Las Palomas and Amalfi specialty restaurants for dinner. The Casa Bella buffet had a very good assortment for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well. If we were craving a snack on the beach, La Bamba was the place to go, great Hamburgers and hot dogs with great side choices. The only thing foodwise that did not live up to our expectations was the Piazzetta dei Forni restaurant. The crust tasted cheaper and they put cut up hotdogs on some of them. Just for people looking at all of the different restaurants, if you book the all inclusive package, you do not have access to Mai Tai and Capriccio as they are for owners/VIP members. Everywhere else is free to eat at. Note to book at one of the specialty restaurants you need to wake up early and book them. All of the bars and swim up bars were amazing and had a different drinks of the day every day. The bartenders were very friendly and willing to make anything requested. Our trip was great and we have next to no complaints about Marival Emotions, would recommend to anybody with or without kids. "
