"We absolutely loved it here! It’s even better than the pictures. We had a beautiful ocean view, it was spotless, check in was perfectly communicated and very easy. We rented a golf cart to get around and they had a little spot for us to park. But everything is very walkable too so you don’t really need one. "

"The place was very clean. It was located in the heart of all the action of downtown Sayulita It was so noisy at night. But the location to the beach was great. There was a rager on Friday night that went till 6 AM with loud techno music next-door. We slept with the earplugs and for the most part that was OK. But we had to keep the windows closed the whole time because it was so loud from the street. The Internet is nonexistent. Communication with the manager was nonexistent as well. No one...

"The property is beautiful. It was so relaxing to have the infinity pool and hot tub right in front of the veranda 😁. The town was walking distance with wonderful restaurants. The concierge Juan Carlos was very helpful. Isabela our house cleaner was delightful, accommodating and hard working. The only complaint was the internet signal was very poor so hopefully they can fix that. I would definitely come back!"

"Been to Nuevo many times. Stayed up and down the beach from Estancia to Paradise Village. We loved this trip the most. Third condo we have stayed at in Playa Royale and this was our favorite. Amazing view. Well equipped. The staff on the beach and all over the complex were amazing. We will be back. "

"Terrific condo in the best part of town. Close to everything and condo is very well stocked with everything you need and more. Building is quiet and pool area was perfect for our family of four. Only two small things that did not really affect the trip for us, but could be important for others: 1) the two en-suite bathrooms do not have a door that separates them from the bedrooms. Could be awkward; and 2) the restaurant a few buildings down plays loud music with big bass from about 12 noon daily...
