"Planned a family reunion type stay in PV. Found this gem and are so glad we booked! The home is spacious, nicely updated and beautiful! The gated neighborhood has a private pool and is a short walk to the beach! It’s in the marina district which is close proximity to a lot of the nearby hotspots, so walking or Uber/taxi are easy! "The stove, fridge and countertop definitely needed to be deep cleaned. You could tell it wasn’t cleaned at all. The glass railing going up and down the stairs looked very dirty. You could see all the little kids and everyone’s finger prints. We saw also be little bugs on the walls by the headboard and my brother in law got bitten by somebody type of bugs on the bed. The room that is next to the pool is very dangerous especially after turning on the AC and the AC leaking water right by the door....

"We are four retired women and quite enjoyed our stay. On the plus side - property is very large and very private. Wifi and air conditioning work well and showers were hot in two bathrooms but not .The pool was clean and well maintained. While we have no major complaints about the beds - the bed linens and pillows were in very rough shape. Bathrooms were extremely tiny and there was only one working kitchen. Overall the property has good potential but needs some work. Would stay there again."

"Would highly recommend!! My group of 15 was so comfortable and absolutely loved our stay. Mario was super friendly and always answered any questions we had leading up to the stay, then Erika, the house manager, was very helpful with answers and requests during our stay! The chef meals were delicious and always prepared on time for when we requested them; the meals made everything smooth for our group! "This unit had termites and no hot water upstairs. The unit has cob webs, dead bugs and dusty EVERYWHERE. Irma the property manager informed us that they found out the unit was infested 4day prior to us checking in. They refused to relocate us to a different unit and be of any assistance. They lied and said food was walking distance it’s not! They want you to leave the door open when we leave? Like they are the worst and a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE!"

"Great location but was there was two major disappointments: 1. the pool was not heated, which we ended up not using at all because it was so cold and 2. there was a terrible sewage smell throughout the entire property. It was pretty intolerable at first but it got better as we aired out all of the rooms and restrooms. Otherwise, Gerardo was attentive and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible."
