"Fabulous time. Pros outweigh cons for sure. We got a great deal on the package, bed was comfortable (I'm not sure what the people calling it plywood sleep on at home lol), room was clean, staff were great. Check in was easy, you just have to give a hard no when they say they'll get their concierge for you. Room key please did the trick. If you want the fridge restocked, you just call. You can say how many you want. My hubby waited 2 minutes the first time to get 6 beer. Good tip to start works great. Restaurant reserving system just sucks. No way around it, but we got 2 decent rezzies and there was consistently good food at the buffet, so no big deal. Pools are fabulous. Just like most resorts, if you want a good spot, you have to put in the effort. You can't place your stuff on chairs w/out staying until 8 am. But I didn't mind sitting there for 30 min reading my book in the morning, so no big deal. Activities are great. The kid's club is fabulous. Our son (age 6) loved it. You can't have them stay over meals like you can at Dreams PV, but it worked out and he got to do SO MUCH with them while we were there. Don't bother with reservations on Tues for the Mexican dinner and Wed for the beach party. Bartenders were fantastic. Tip well to start. They don't open until 11 which was a bummer, but you can have mimosas with breakfast and beer from the fridge, so, it was fine. Water equip and bikes were awesome. Overall, fantastic family trip."

"My family and I had a great time at this resort. It's very beautiful, right on the ocean and just a 30 minute walk to Bucerias. I have to call out Brandia (concierge). You went above and beyond for my family and I and we are so grateful to for that. You were so kind and sweet. You made our stay even more special and we cannot thank you enough🙂 Food: Snack shack was nothing to write home about, it was a snack shack. Buffet was a hit and miss: Breakfast was good, lunch was good and we never had dinner there. The Grill/Italian: was delicious and Oscar and Hector are amazing! We never ate at Ayami or the Mexican restaurant. Reservations were available, but we did end up eating a couple of nights at 8:30/9. Pools: *The large one in the middle is for everyone. *There's a smaller one that is for Alltitude members only. *There is an infinity and rooftop pool that is adults only. You have to get up around 7/7:30 to reserve chairs (crappy, but everyone does it and there are some people that reserved both at the pool and the beach area...greedy). We never had a problem getting chairs (3 of us) and there is someone that comes around to take pictures then comes back and takes yoyr stuff away, if you are past 45 minutes. Although this did help free up some spots, it still gets filled up pretty quick and pretty early. Michel at the pool was always smiling and came quickly with drinks. The grounds are very nice, but could have been cleaned better throughout the day."
