"Recently took our first trip to Las Gaviotas for a friends birthday and stayed at this beautiful home. Check in was easy, host was very helpful and accommodating, and the home seemed to have everything you could need. Although it's not beach front, the location was perfect for getting right down to the beach as there was a walkway directly through the homes across the street. The views from the home are amazing with panoramic views of the ocean from both the wrap around deck and inside the home....

"Beautiful house, right on the beach, which is very clean and pretty deserted, except for some quads and jeeps (WHO looks at a pristine beach and says to themselves, yes I should go roaring over the sand with a lot of noise and stink? Just wondering). Shells abound. The water tank was enough for our family of 6, being very frugal, for our stay of 7 days. Electricity was never a problem. Heater was nice at this time of year. The Queen bed in the loft was a bit hard, we were glad to have a topper...

"The rental is stunning and the neighborhood is quiet. We're very glad we got to meet Kristi during our stay! Oh and if she's around during your stay, she'll leave the light on for ya 😊 "

"Other than 2 days of rain we enjoyed our visit. The location is central to the entire valley. The house was large and the kitchen was well equipped. Zully was very responsive and willing to help with any issue. On our last morning we finally had sunshine and were able to relax on the huge front porch take in the view. "

"Very communicative host and a great location that is central to the town and vineyards. The place itself has nice bones but feels a little thrown together and not as clean as one would hope. If the details were taken care of this place would be a 10. The water pressure in the shower could use some help and some new bedding. The Hot tub only worked one day. The host was great and I would stay here again if they invested to clean it up a bit!"

"Loud noise around lots of dogs barking and rusters the shower 🚿 upstairs didn’t have hot water 💧 the bedroom upstairs to warm the traffic was bad all night .homeless walking around very scary 😨 we feel very unsafe.we left early this morning we didn’t want to stay there anymore the people behind us were loud!"

"Check-in was super simple, we got the codes before we arrived. Rooms were clean and the pool and Spa were terrific. It had everything you needed. Super safe and secure with 24-hour security."

"Very responsive and friendly host. House is large and clean with plenty of kitchen counter space, comfortable beds and living room furniture, good TV and WiFi. Nice fire pit outside. Some tasty restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance."
