"We had a fantastic stay at the casita. Greg was such an accommodating, friendly, and responsive host. There is a steep hill, but we had no problem with it. It's in a very convenient location close to the center of town which was great. You can definitely hear music from the town at night, but I used a white noise app and had no problem sleeping. Would definitely stay here again! "

"We stayed at this property and were amazed by everything - we've come to Punta Mita for years and this was our best stay yet.Starting with the villa, you have two massive master suites, along with two other extremely spacious rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. We didn't need the fifth bedroom but it's a perfect set up for additional capacity (large bunk beds with a private bathroom). "Brenda, the property manager was excellent. She organized airport transport, local golf cart and and amazing breakfast chef. Our party of eight will never forget that new years breakfast experience. Overall, the house is the epitome of relaxation and it was hard to leave on a daily basis. We also enjoyed the company of the local fauna.The only drawback was the nighttime party noise from Sayulita which can be heard quite cleary in the open living area and master bedroom. Sometimes until 5-6am....

"Beautiful property and the house was very comfortable . Ocean views from every room in the house . My family really loved the heated salt water pool and the gorgeous views Vicente was very kind and helpful . I had the wrong information for him in the beginning of our trip . "The house is gorgeous and huge!! We were 2 families with 4 teens, and the accommodations were perfect. North Side location is great - just far enough out of the craziness, but quick walk if you are looking for action. It’s also really convenient to the walking trail to San Pancho, which was a great way to spend a day! Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"My husband and I stayed at Casa Olayh with another couple. It was a perfect house for the 4 of us. We enjoyed hanging out in all of the common spaces- the roof top terrace, the second floor palapa, the first-floor dining area and the pool deck. The house is very private at the end of a street. The walk to the beach and town was pretty easy. There were plenty of good restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again."

"The place is beautiful! Gorgeous view. Great accommodations. We loved that every detail was thought of. Having games and books in the entertainment closet is a nice touch. I even finished a great book and left it on the shelf. We've stayed at Hacienda de Mita before and this place exceeded our expectations. Max was also very helpful with our dinner reservations... especially because we were there during a busy time. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone... it is just perfect! ...

"We spent an amazing week celebrating my mom’s 85th birthday. 17 people in our group from age 1 to age 85. This is a beautiful, private location in a gated community. The ocean access allows for exploring tide pools, boogie boards, stand up boards, swimming and kayaking. The pool and hot tub were great, too. "Actually composing a review because I went down the same rabbit hole you are doing right now. Noticed a lot of 10 out of 10’s when doing our research, then looked at all the bad reviews and started to question whether or not we should go here (as those reviews were obviously drastically different). After a week spent, I can tell you that (as far as all-inclusives go) this place is awesome. It’s not a big party scene, you don’t get those super cheesy entertainment dances every night, but it’s high-quality, the food is actually good, and the pools are amazing. Most of them are heated, which is surprisingly needed this time of year (winter 2025) And the staff are top notch. Likely due to it being a Delta Marriott, they must have specific standards they need to meet. It is the perfect all inclusive resort if you are wanting to unwind, relax, and spend a week by pools and a mellow beach. "

"It was nice having multiple places to eat. We ate at each restaurant while we were there. The bathrooms/showers should be the first thing they update but it was fine. It was interesting how everything shut off when you left the room or air conditioner shut off when balcony opened. Great idea!"
