"The staff was fantastic. I definitely recommend PH or presidential suites and get the black wrist band. Cabanas every day. Only tip.if you want. Samara was VIP concierge and AMAZING! Mu husband got the flu- she sent food, towels, soup, cough meds- and called to check in! Sweet as pie! Made all our reservations. Didn't like the restaurants, so we did buffet (DELICIOUS! EVERY MEAL! ) and only $10 for room service- no fee for the food, so ww ordered everything, lol. A pass thru so NO OPEN...

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."

"We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and...

"It was a beautiful place that needs some TLC. Maybe we just missed busy season but only a few guests there so it was a little spooky for my daughter not seeing anyone in this huge place. The very few staff members we saw were really nice but spoke little English so couldn't ask them much. That's ok since I was visiting their country and know basic Spanish. From a distance the pools look really nice but tiles falling off and not the cleanest, hot tubs half full with debris in them or closed...

"We were not expecting to be bombarded with investment opportunities the minute we arrived to check in ….very tired from a 5 hour delay. I rented a VRBO so was looking forward to a room with an ocean view as it showed in the picture posted and we got a view of another hotel and palm trees. We changed rooms after a few days which took time from our holidays. We were also unable to participate at any other hotels amenities because we did not go to the seminar, so couldn’t join the grandchildren...

"Highly recommended to stay here. Rooms are spacious, clean and the location is wonderful. There’s places to eat that are walking distance and it’s quiet at night as it’s away from the heavier foot traffic and noise. The bus station is conviently located next door."

"This was our first visit to Punta de Mita. We are so happy we chose Ancora, it was perfect! The space was fabulous, we loved our deck & the rooftop infinity pool & view from the amazing restaurant! "We had a great time at the family selection grand Palladium. The staff was amazing. Everything was well kept food was good overall it’d be nice to have some more options at dinner outside of the restaurants. The activities for the kids were wonderful. Alejandra was great with our children. We highly Recommend bringing your family to the grand Palladium family selection. We will be going back for sure With everything there’s mine or things here and there but overall great time great property great staff. "

"Very lovely resort. One negative.No fan in the bathroom so very hot and steamy after a shower. Also bathroom taps leaked. Enjoyed the PB courts every day. Loved the adult pool and walking along the ocean. Very clean! Would return to this resort!"
