"The condo is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the entire facility is stunning, especially the pool and beach area. The staff were all amazing, and communication was top-notch throughout our stay. We saw whales everyday! The outdoor club next door is quite loud from 2 PM to 9 PM on Fridays through Sundays."

"Nice location, on the 2nd floor, so a few steps but easy enough to access. The apartment itself is starting to age and needs a little more TLC (change the cracked padded toilet seat at least). Never had to use the airconditioning as the air circulates well with the screens open. Waher and dryer were nice to have. There is no dishwasher, exept for your husband, but there is an iron and ironing board in the apartment as well. PV is booming with construction so I'm sure there will be plenty...

"This condo has beautiful views. There is always something to watch on the water full: whales, sky, divers, cruise ships, and boats. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The on-site housekeeper/maintenance person was also excellent. Be mindful that from 3 PM until sunset, the deck is in full sun. We found it was too hot for us. Easy walking distance to restaurants."

"Stayed for 14 days with another couple,all in our late sixties visiting from Toronto, Ontario.Marshalls place is wonderful and so is he,any questions we asked were answered within minutes before and during our trip. The condo was very clean,beds very comfortable, nice furniture.Loved being able to open sliding doors to the patio and the pool a couple of steps away.The beach is just across the street and was never too busy,lots of chairs and umbrellas, Blue Chairs bar/restaurant right there for...

"If you want a full resort with parking, restaurant and pool on site this is not the place. I did get to watch the shows at night from the deck but it is really loud and music competes with the resort next door. I rented a car so getting through the gate with my luggage and then grocery was a problem as my name was not on the list. I would not rent a car as I returned in 2 days due to getting scammed. There are 3 restaurants across the street but keep in mind you have to walk maybe 1/4 mile just...

"Beautiful view. Had an issue where I locked door improperly and could not get back in. Notified host and he was there within 15 minutes. Notified host of one other issue and had it resolved very timely. Would recommend. "

"Wonderful stay in Amapas. The condo had everything we needed and was beautifully appointed. We loved the pool and the veranda! Just up the hill from the Zona Romantica where all the restaurants and shops are but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Definitely recommend! Be advised that the hill is very steep which was fine for us but if you are not in shape, you can uber or take a taxi everywhere. Stephen was great as our host! Muchas Gracias para todo."
