"Hotel Palmas is a nice resort property on the beach. All the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the restaurant staff were very nice and made us feel welcome. The room and premises were very clean and we enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants in town. We also enjoyed treatments at the small spa at the hotel. "

Outdoor pool patio area is excellent for laying out and just enjoying the sea of Cortes view. Restaurant upstairs was excellent. Staff was out of their way friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Pricing was decent as well. "

"The property staff / caregivings did a great job of welcoming and being accessible but not too much so. Beautiful ocean-side pool with unique jacuzzi features. Excellent food - my partner and I are both vegan and they were very accommodating; both what was on the menu and what the chef was willing to do one-off. Easy to communicate with property team - in Spanish or English. My partner is a nature photographer and was thrilled with all the floral and fauna he could photograph in their gardens including a variety of magnificent butterflies. To Edna, Sophia, Salvador, Jesus, Israel and Todado (spelling? - he worked in the pool bar and Bena) - you all were amazing, so kind and helpful. Joe and I will be back! "Wonderful hotel in a great location, we booked a spacious King Suite on the first floor and enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend going to their beach club which is a short drive away for a day at the beach/pool and a great lunch or massage at the spa. "
