"Great experience all round, every single member of staff we interacted with was a pleasure. Hotel was clean. Lifts were speedy so wasn’t an issue being on third floor. Loads of options for breakfast. Swimming is a book in system which I think should be clearer when booking- however that process was easy and pool was clean too. "

"Lovely modern hotel, we had room with balcony. It was a nice stay, we just got woken early by cleaners up and down corridor at 8am. Other than that it was comfortable, modern, great views, well equiped, room has mini fridge, bottles of water, tea, coffee, biscuits, and robes. Great reception staff friendly and accommodating. "The leonardo hotel is lovely the staff are very welcoming greeted us with a smile. Also gave us information about what to do when parking and where the car park was. check in was so quick and easy. The staff on reception and the bar area were lovely and chatty and very pleasant and professional.
