"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! . "Overall a great Hotel in a very good location near to town. Breakfasts are varied and plentiful. Room was clean and everything worked properly, just needs a little upgrade but would highly recommend this for any length of stay."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool - John Lennon Airport. The rooms were beautiful and very spacious, everything was clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and polite, but also professional. We also loved the setting of being the old airport and control tower. All in all it was a great experience. We will definitely be back."
