"Great location, easy to drive to with access to own underground parking for £24. Opposite Liverpool Arena and a few minutes walk to Albert Dock. Lovely homely rooms, well equipped with sofa, kitchen & little extras little body lotion. Nice lounge area with free drinks/nibbles on Monday-Wednesday 6:30-7:30pm which was nice before our visit to the Arena. Buffet breakfast with a good choice of hot & cold food. We enjoyed our stay & it was great value for money. "

"The only issue was the lack of taxi's in the vicinity. The hotel called a taxi for me but it didn't arrive, my mum has mobilty issues and is recovering from surgery and walks with a stroller, we ended having to walk over a mile into the city centre to find a taxi rank. For that reason, i wouldn't stay there again, if I had mum with me."

"Nice quiet hotel on a busy street in the city centre. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Access to all floors is via the room key making the hotel feel very safe, a bonus for solo travellers. Plenty of places in the immediate vicinity for breakfast, coffee and bistro or fine dining. The only downside is no facilities in the room to make a drink, not even a glass if you take bottled water in with you, although drinks can be purchased in reception. Check in and out is fast. Would recommend. "
