"Booked a 1 night stay in a standard room, there was an initial problem with heater making a loud noise, we reported it to reception desk who immediately resolved the issue and upgraded us to monument view room which was very unexpected, the room was exceptional, the staff are exceptional and we will most definitely be booking again in the very near future. "Really good hotel, great facilities including the pool and Spa. Staff were exceptional. The room itself was lovely, very comfortable, we had a family room with a shower for accessibility for my disabled wife and the rooms were really quiet. No banging doors all night !!!! Worth noting g that you gave to pay for parking, but the rates are fair. Location is very convenient and you cannot hear the motorway! A really great place go stay and woukd happily do so again. "
