"Attended a business dinner then stayed overnight. The food was lovely including the breakfast. Rooms were good (great shower pressure!). The only slight negative was that the earliest breakfast (Saturday) was 8am. My colleague had to leave at 7:15 so he left without food. "

It is not in the first flush of vitality and it is probably time for some rejuvenating paint and attention to detail but it certainly met my needs and I will gladly stay again if I return to West Bromwich. The car park is a great size, the breakfast over priced and the staff very friendly and helpful. "

"Nice hotel right in the centre of Birmingham, a bit noisy though as loads of traffic and parking was not available at the hotel- option offered to park at 10 min walking distance though. Overall I would say good as convenient to walk to restaurants etc. "

"Fantastic stay. On check inn they upgraded our booking to a suite which was a great suprise. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The suite was clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchenette consisted of kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery, cutlery, sink and table and chairs, sofa, two armchairs and a Tv. The seperate bedroom was clean and comfortable with a great ensuite bathroom. The breakfast had a great choice of hot and cold buffet. Will definitely...
