We were called and told that we could check in early the day before arrival, but on arrival we were told that it was a busy night and the room wasn’t ready. It wasn’t a problem because the gentleman on reception was super helpful and very friendly. It didnt make sense how it was done and even though you choose the 'pay at property' option they take a nights stay cost days before you even get there which is not noted when booking the stay and I was not even informed that they where going to do it."
