The building matches well with the area. It's vibrant and busy in a good way. It's a good building in a good area. They can upgrade the reception area especially the area by the lift on ground floor.

Ideal location for overnight stay in city centre, on a budget. Perfect base. Room was ideal for single person. Small but clean and modern. Bathroom fine , nice shower. Corridors could do with sprucing up a bit but overall ideal property and will return again

My colleague experience at this hotel was one of the most awful ever. It's not a safe place, and room keys can open other doors. The level of cleanliness was not meeting what's legally required.

When I booked that room the picture picture of the room was completely different to what I got! Of course I chose Tune Hotel because it was a good deal! I wasn't told that my room didn't have a window! This was the first time I have experienced anything like this!!! It was so difficult to get to the room that I got lost several times! The TV didn't work! I was given room number 124 They should not be allowed to rent out that room! I complained when I saw the room and the guy at the reception told me it was too late and they would help me the day after which they never did! No kettle or tea in the room either. It was so bad that I couldn't breathe in that room. They should be ashamed of themselves. Cheating people with fake pictures. Absolute Disgrace I will never go there again

Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect and the price was adequate for what we got. The room was cold and we had a view on a fan on the roof, and it was quite noisy. However we only paid around £30 for the room so it was expected. The perfect stay for what we paid.

Good Reception Team. Clean. Good WiFi. Bit of peripheral noise from a Hippo’ upstairs but generally quiet. I’d like drink making facilities in the room but it’s not a deal breaker. Much better than pods and a place nearby. Location for trains and CBD is good and if it’s your thing there’s a Greggs next door!
