"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! . "Treated very well, given a noisy placed room initially but was, advised when checking in if I wasn't happy to come back down. I went back and was upgraded to the hillside suite with fabulous views of lord street, spacious with a, spa bath. This gave them more money as I then paid for a late check out. Great service, good atmosphere. Thank you"

"We had a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly and polite. Bed seemed like it slanted slightly so wasnt the best nights sleep. Also for the cost i would of expected to at least get a complimentary bottle of water. Location was also great . So overall we had a pleasant stay."
