"Firstly, we stay here because of the parking. It’s not multi storey, maybe a tad cramped, but because it’s on-site, easily accessible. The staff are great, polite and professional. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One which again is a huge plus, but I suppose my main issue is that unlike other similar chains, basics like a fridge in the room are not provided, I would also suggest the bathrooms are very tight with slightly fatigued fittings! .
