"Overall lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. However, we stayed in January and the room's heating system was basically useless. A contractor had blocked the air intake for the AC with plasterboard (why?!?!) which meant there was almost no airflow. Basic maintenance should have picked this up."
