Fantastic, clean hotel/apartment within walking distance of the Docks, Liverpool One and City Centre. Cheap parking for the area (£15 per night). Friendly and helpful staff.

From our check in with Rebecca and Amelia to our checkout with Lidia and Maddie our stay was brilliant. What amazing staff, so kind and caring. Nothing was a problem and the girls were so helpful and knowledgeable. We didn’t have anything planned and on check in so Rebecca suggested the Christmas Markets and the restaurant strip, both were amazing. The next day Lidia recommended we walk to the docks and stop at Rough Handmade - a must visit!! Great coffee and pastries. Then on to the Cathedral which was breathtaking!! Thank you to all the girls for making our stay a 10/10 !! (The pizza we ordered for room service was also delicious)

Property was good, communication with the main reservation area was not. Couldn’t get into the hotel car park so parked where advised which was not closest as advised by hotel reception. Location is great by Liverpool one and the docks.
