Receptionist claimed I hadn’t paid (I had), then claimed the difference in price on her screen was due to currency conversion (I was travelling from Scotland). Keys given did not work. Lifts very temperamental. View from room was a derelict building covered in scaffolding. Breakfast very very busy and a tight layout. "

"Fantastic apartment, a short walk from everything we needed see in Liverpool. Great little kitchen with a dishwasher (not that we needed to use it. Great location with plenty of good restaurants.
