"There is a smell coming from the bathrooms, which maybe from the pipes, that can be overwhelming. Overall cleanliness is good."

"First trip to Japan, first and only accommodation and it was convenient. Staff were amazing. Beauty room was a decent size as it is Japan. Just the 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, it didn’t dry my clothes properly but it’s okay we hung them in the room and it was dry by the end of the day. I still would highly recommend! "

"This is a nice hotel. It is more corporate focussed than family. It’s in a good location by the train station. It had some basic food options around it. They had bath salts, and other lotions when you check in, which was nice to have. This hotel is a little pricey compared to the other hotels that we stayed at in the area that were similar, but cost less. Their buffet breakfast was very nice at a reasonable price."
