"A little annoying they switched from ac to heating so we were a little uncomfortable for most of our stay. Some parts of the hotel were old and seem to need repairs and the laundry did fine cleaning but the dryer was horrendous but I just went to nearby coin laundry. Still the room was great for the price and the convenience of the location is top notch. The staff was super friendly and despite the negatives i would stay here a 3rd time"

"What a wonderful property !! I stayed in the 8th floor (all female dorm) and it was clean and very quiet. They had amenities (aside from toothpaste) in the washrooms so you don’t need to bring anything if you don’t need. They have lockers and luggage storage but i ended up keeping my luggage beside my bed. Overall the staff were very friendly, and it was a good location to catch transit and walk around. "Couldn’t ask for a better hostel experience here! I struggled to initially find the hostel but when you get to the mall area it’s in, look out for signs labelled ‘CABIN Tokyo Bay’. Reception and I mostly chatted through Google’s Translate app and pyjamas/towels are provided fresh each day. "I was worried the hotel room would be too small but it was actually great! It had big windows that faced the street so it felt bigger. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The people who worked there were super friendly! Location is about 15 mins walk from Shibuya station and crossing area, so a little off the beaten Ebisu is like 10 mins walk which is a really cool neighborhood. We really loved it there!"
