"Great location for walking to Shinjuku and local metro stations. On site coffee shop is handy but coffee isn’t barista made which was a little disappointing. Staff at the hotel on our arrival were a little officious, which could be because the hotel is primarily a ‘business’ hotel. We didn’t feel especially welcome but this was outweighed by the room cleaning, services and additional products offered by the hotel. Be careful in the lift, it’s quite dangerous! "
