"Great hotel to stay at before our cruise from the Tokyo international cruise port. We also loved that we could take the airport limousine bus from Narita Terminal 1 to the hotel as this is one of the stops for the bus. We loved the breakfast buffet that was included with our room. Lots of variety and the items changed on our 2nd day so that we got the opportunity to try out some new breakfast items. Would definitely book again when we are cruising out of the Tokyo Port. "

"The facility is a bit old but the room is spacious, staff super helpful, and coffee shop, restaurant and grocery store are right downstairs. Really enjoyed our stay there and I’d definitely come back. "

"Property condition was great. Very clean and quiet. 2 restaurants, and a lounge/cafe on site although we only went to breakfast here once. Thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes, lotions, bath salt etc. available for free in the lobby. Train station located directly across the street so was very easy to get to and from different locations in the city. Several convienience stores and a supermarket within a couple minutes walk. Would absolutely stay here again"

"Loved this hotel , the biggest room I have stayed yet in Japan. Location is also great very near to the station , lots of restaurants and convenience stores .They don't do room make up but that's okay. They come and change your towels and trash "

"This location was very far removed. If you are here for work, it's a great option if you are going to be at the Expo center. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend. Also you can stay in Ginza and only be 30 mins out but lots more options for food and shopping. The fish market was nice there. The staff was ok. Our luggage arrived and they didn't tell us not bring it to our room. Don't message them in the app they don't reply there, email them. I left something behind and they were kind enough to mail....
