"Was 90 degrees in New York and the air conditioner was broken. Was like a sauna in there. The roof was also leaking and making an annoying drip sound every 5 seconds. Impossible for my family to sleep under those conditions. The “reception” room was in a closet and had a long line for check in. They charged a $100 cash only security deposit and have yet to refund it even though we were barely in the room. Guessing I’m never going to see that $100.
