"Terrible… the hotel was very dirty, old, smelly and noisy... the curtains and towels has stains. No hand towels, no phone and AC was from the 80s never upgraded. The bathtub is clogged … and the water from the clogged bathtub is grayish color… The only reason I stayed is because of my last minutes booking and nothing is available, but with the price that they are charging it’s unreasonable and is it expensive. The front desk & Staff… was not friendly, I asked a simple question about if there...

"I wouldn’t recommend this property until the second elevator comes back online. The project started in January . To have a property with 19 floors of rooms and to rely on one elevator is crazy. We were there when the elevator broke down and walking up more than 10 flights is tiring. The room is small(to be expected) being in Manhattan, but clean. The staff were friendly and responsive. "

"We stayed for week and couldn’t ask for a more hospitable stay than we had. All the staff were amazing and helpful through out the entire stay. We saw in previous reviews people said it was loud… we are in NYC anywhere would be. However we did not think it was noisy at all considering we are in the city. Highly suggest the location and hotel to anyone."
